• 10:45 – 11:00 AM | PCF Presentation: Why We’re Here | A PCF member sets the stage from a parent-carer perspective, sharing the importance of this topic and building a trusting, relatable tone for the event.

• 11:00 – 11:45 AM | The Health & SEND Landscape

• Part of North East London Health and Care Partnership | A combined, cohesive presentation from the DCO/DMO and an NHS representative. This session covers how Health intersects with EHC plans and the impact of NHS changes on families. Followed by a consolidated Q&A.

• 11:45 – 12:00 AM | Martha’s Rule | Learn how to better navigate the hospital setting, escalate concerns and ensure your input is considered in patient care.

• 12:00 – 12:45 AM | Facilitated Discussion: Your Lived Experience | Small group discussions guided by key questions to gather parent feedback on challenges and successes in navigating health services for their children.

• 12:45 AM – 13:00 PM | Closing & Our Next Steps | Summarize key themes from the discussion. Clearly explain how the feedback will be anonymised, shared with the wider PCF, and used to inform our next steps.
